As you can see by the lack of new content for some time I am no longer
adding to this blog.
I have been pushed on to other duties and the course has finished.
Thanks for all the support and I hope that some of the content has been of
assistance.
Thanks also to all the followers in Germany, Malaysia and the USA - it was a
great thrill to see your hits.
I wish you all the best for your future.

Electrical Theory Exam
Those who pass it first time around won't need to come to electrical theory (Monday and Thursday mornings) for the rest of the semester. Those who don't make >=75% will need to keep coming and we will get into some serious revision prior to the resit attempts.
Remember you are permitted up to 3 attempts at a theory assessment. However if you don't turn up to an advertised exam - that is counted as a failed attempt.
Happy studying.

Creative Summary Display
The way to show that we can work together as a team is to work together as a team.
So in teams of 3 or 4 we are putting together a summary of
one of the areas that we have learned about so far.
This not only achieves the above but also helps us
summarize our learning and really get to the essence of the subject.
HERE is a video of the above group planning out their summary.

Monday's Vector Experiment
Well the great vector experiment didn't go as planned.
I think that because of the 3-dimensional nature of it there must be another calculation that we need to add in as well.
However, the main point was that you cannot just add the vector quantities.
Go HERE to see the small video of us doing it.
Go HERE for the Quantities Revision 2 answers that we did on the smart board.
